Dupont Sorona? Spinning Polymer Biotech Law

  Recently, DuPont Company launch Sorona spin grade polymers 。 Sorona is a product that is produced from renewable resources such as corn. It combines the advantages of nylon and polyester to make fiber and fabric both functional and comfortable. Soft handle, comfortable stretch elasticity, bright color, and stain resistance and non iron performance, it can be widely used in windbreaker, jeans, shirts, suits, sports knitted jackets and other fabrics.


It is understood that Sorona is the first use of traditional chemical fiber industry. Biotechnology Law Compared with the traditional synthetic fiber, the product can use less than 37% of the petroleum resources, and compared with nylon production, it can reduce 30% of energy consumption and 63% of carbon dioxide emissions.
