Sports Shoes Classification And Performance In Detail

2008/3/10 0:00:00 58

Sports shoes classification and performance introduction:

Rubber: used for sole of all kinds of sports shoes.

Advantages: good abrasion resistance, skid resistance, elasticity, no breakage, good softness, good elongation, stable shrinkage, good hardness and good bending property.

Disadvantages: heavy weight, easy to spit cream (quality problems), not easy to corrode (environmental problems).

PU: polymer polyurethane synthetic material, commonly used in basketball, tennis shoes sole, can also be used directly in the sole of casual shoes.

Advantages: high density, high hardness, good abrasion resistance, good elasticity, good oxidation resistance, easy corrosion and environmental protection, and easy to wrinkle.

Disadvantages: strong water absorbency, yellowing, easy to break, poor elongation, water resistance, and rot at the bottom.

EVA: vinyl acetate copolymer, polymer material.

It is commonly used in jogging, slow walking, casual shoes and midsole training.

Advantages: light weight, good elasticity, flexibility, wrinkle free, excellent coloring and suitable for all kinds of climates.

Disadvantages: easy to absorb water, not easy to corrode, environmentally friendly and easy to dirty.

PHYLON (MD): it belongs to EVA two high pressure molding products, and the main material for running shoes, tennis shoes and basketball shoes in the middle of the world, can also be used for soles of casual shoes.

Advantages: light, elastic, fine appearance, good soft degree, easy to clean, hardness, density, tension, tear and good extension rate.

Disadvantages: it is not easy to corrode and is environmentally friendly. It is easy to wrinkle and shrink easily at high temperature.

TPR: hot melt molding with TPR pellets, commonly used in jogging, slow walking, soles and soles.

Advantages: easy to shape and cheap.

Disadvantages: heavy material, poor wear (non abrasion), poor softness, poor bending property (no bending resistance) and poor shock absorption capability.

Performance comparison: TPR ratio is heavy, heavy, elastic general, wear resistance is general.

The proportion of rubber base is larger, but it is more soft and wearable. Its grip is strong, but its elasticity is poor. It is commonly used in indoor football shoes and casual shoes.

The bottom of EVA is light and elastic. It only wears a long time to reduce elasticity and become more practical.

The bottom of PU and MD is elastic, and it does not deform for a long time. When moving, it is more flexible and comfortable, with a small proportion and light weight. Therefore, it is widely used (PU is more powerful than MD, but its damping effect is better, but it is also relatively heavy).

All large negatives are made of rubber, wear resistant and skid resistant.

On the price, TPR is the cheapest.

PU=TPR x 2 times.

MD=TPR x 3 times.

MD air cushion TPR * 4 times.

PU air cushion TPR * 4 - 6 times more
