China'S First Shoe Measuring Machine Developed Successfully.

As long as you put your feet on the machine for more than ten seconds, a pair of leather shoes that are fully in line with the feet and combine with popular colors and fashionable styles can be customized to the shoe making workshop.

A few days ago, reporters learned from AOKANG group that the major scientific and technological tackling project funded by the Zhejiang provincial science and Technology Department was the first innovative product development platform developed by Zhejiang University and its group, which has independent intellectual property rights and accords with the habits of Chinese designers.

Wang Zhentao, President of AOKANG group, predicts that the machine will be put into AOKANG flagship store early next year.



The computer aided design system based on CAD was developed by Pan Yunhe, a research group led by academician, for two years.

They use digital technology to integrate 3D shoemaking CAD system and foot type measurement system to form a footwear product development software system integrating foot type measurement to finished sample shoe processing.

After obtaining the foot type data by using the three-dimensional foot type measuring system, the 3D shoe personalized shoe last shoe, which is suitable for a specific foot type, is generated through the system, and then pmitted to a digital carving machine, forming a shoe last entity, and finally pferred to a shoe making workshop to produce finished shoes.



Through this technology, users can first measure their own feet, and then feel the shoes' styles, colors, textures and so on through the Internet, and customize their favorite footwear. Shoe styles can also be directly released online, and batch customization is made according to the needs of users.

The system has two innovations: the original 3D foot data instantaneous acquisition technology, which reduces the acquisition time to less than one second, thereby minimizing the measurement error caused by the subtle movement of human feet, and greatly improving the accuracy and speed of data acquisition.

Compared with the laser acquisition system, it has the advantages of low cost and broad industrial prospects.
