It intends to sell its holdings at 45 million 474 thousand yuan.

The Hangzhou company has a 1 million 300 thousand dollar stake, and the paction is Huzhou East Lake Industrial Company.

Hgako said that the paction could increase the net profit of the company by 2010 yuan in the year of 36 million 700 thousand, and if the paction was completed in the year, it might turn into a deficit in 2010.

Hgako owns a total of 40% of Pui solar energy through its subsidiary Harbin hi tech company and hakco soybean food company, with a total investment of US $6 million.

In the semi annual report this year, hgako disclosed that the 3 megawatt pilot production line of pony thin film solar cell project, which was invested by the company in 2009, was completed in July 2010.
