According to Tang Xiaobin, deputy general manager of Dong Wei Group, the company can fly against this trend in this crisis, which depends on the merger and keen vision of the enterprise.

In the second half of last year, the company successfully acquired the Changtai group, a large cotton spinning state owned enterprise in Henan, because its annual output reached about 400000 spindles, so the company had a large amount of cotton reserves, and no other enterprises were facing the rising raw materials, resulting in the order being unable to receive or produce half and half stop.

At present, the Dong Wei Group has established a one-stop production line from cotton purchase, textile to clothing processing. Besides cotton spinning mill in Henan, the company has its own cotton mill in Anhui and Datang town. Every year from the cotton picking stage to the beginning of second, the company will purchase new cotton for the production of one year in the main cotton producing area of the country.

Therefore, this year's cotton price increase has not only made the enterprise fall into the "raw material cost" crisis, but on the contrary, the enterprise has also benefited greatly from it.

Cotton is bought at a relatively low price, bringing obvious price advantages to the finished products.

At the same time, with the gradual recession of the economic crisis and the revival of the foreign trade market, the overseas orders of Dong Wei Group also showed an increasing trend. This year, the sales performance of Nigeria, Dubai and other markets increased by 60% and 30% compared with the same period last year. In addition, the group intensified the development of new products and opened up new markets. This year, Poland and other countries strive to develop new markets, although the early volume is not large, but the market prospect is very optimistic.
