National Standard For Children'S Clothing

From 7 to 10 this month, the national garment Standardization Technical Committee held the "2008 clothing national standard approval meeting" in Wenzhou.

The examination and approval will be sponsored by the national clothing Standardization Technical Committee. More than 50 experts and representatives from all over the country will attend the conference, including the China clothing association, the China Standardization Research Institute, the national clothing quality supervision and inspection center, the Fujian provincial Fiber Inspection Institute and the Fujian Green Group Co., Ltd.

It is understood that the meeting mainly approved the "children's wear rope and belt safety requirements", "down clothing compression index measurement method" and other 10 standards.

The Green group of Fujian has participated in the examination and approval of the three standards of "safety requirements for ropes and belts for children's wear", "Safety specifications for children's tops and belts" and "implementation standards for the design and production of children's garments for improving mechanical safety". The vice general manager Lei Yun and deputy director of technology Shen Weiping attended the meeting and put forward their opinions based on their own experience.

"Children's jackets, hats and neck bands may be stuck in children's slides and other places. It is dangerous. The drawstring at the waist or lower part of the jacket is easy to hook and drag, and so on. For these safety and technological requirements, Green group has always adhered to the implementation of the international standards. This time we are invited to participate in the formulation of the above standards to make it a national standard, and it is our duty to do so."

According to Lei Gang, deputy general manager of Green group, Green is currently a formal member of the national garment standard committee. The conference is the second time to participate in the national standard setting since the last year's annual meeting of the National Standards Committee on clothing technology and the standards of "clothing and clothing for infants and young children".

It is reported that in recent years, Green group has achieved good results in design and research, product quality, brand building, enterprise culture and so on. Its brand "click tick" children's clothing has made rapid progress and has won many awards such as "China's top ten children's wear", "China's ten best selling brand", "China's ten largest children's wear brand", "national inspection free products", "export exemption from inspection", "China's famous brand products" and so on.

Lei said that he hoped to better improve his professional skills by participating in the formulation of standards, and to contribute to improving the overall level of children's clothing and apparel industry in China, so as to provide better products for our consumers.
