Argentina'S Initial Anti Dumping Measures Against Chinese Gloves

In November 19, 2019, the Ministry of production and labour of Argentina issued resolution 1266/2019 on gloves originating in China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia (Spanish: guantes, CO). NfeccionadoscontejidodepuntoCIENPORCIENTO (100%) materialtextil, recubiertosorevestidos, inclusoparcialmente, conl texonitrile) made a preliminary anti-dumping decision, initially ruling on China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, the FOB price of gloves, 56% provisional anti-dumping duties, levying FOB prices for India gloves and 35.06% provisional anti-dumping duties. The resolution takes effect from the date of promulgation. The products involved in China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia are valid for 6 months, and the products in India are valid for 4 months. This case involves products under the tax code No. 6116.10.00 of the Communist city.

In August 6, 2019, the Ministry of production and labour of Argentina launched anti-dumping investigation on gloves of China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
